Partnering groups have the option to travel with Refuge Youth from The Refuge Church if they are local. Transportation to meet us in Myrtle Beach can also be arranged by each individual group if your group prefers to coordinate their own method of transportation or if your group is not local to The Refuge Church.
REGISTRATION
Reserve Your Spots
Each partnering group will be responsible to facilitate their own registration and collect payments from their specific group. Our team will provide you with the necessary information needed from each student that registers to aid in creating a registration for your group!
PAYMENT
Due on June 16th
Upon agreeing to come, a deposit of $100 per student is due in order to lock in the spots for your group. Please let us know if this will be an issue for your group, and we will work to accommodate that! After a deposit is made, each partnering church will be responsible to collect money from their students. The total cost per student is $450. Subsequent payments from your group will be made to The Refuge Church in the time leading up to MSC. The total amount due from your church is based on the number of students you plan on bringing, and this number can be adjusted by 6 spots until May 20th, 2025. Final payments will be due on Monday, June 16th.
LEADERS

Each partnering group is responsible for providing their own room leaders. We recommend bringing two leaders for every six students!
